Concrete project:
- Environmental protection for residential neighbourhoods
- Promotion of neighbourhood culture
- All types and levels of culture should be made accessible to all social classes
- Inclusion of the rural districts so that the local inhabitants (half of the city) can also participate in the good cultural infrastructure, which in turn involves flexible local public transport
- The city of Cottbus/Chóśebuz is the largest property owner and should also be the driving force behind the establishment of start-ups
